2. Personal Data We May Process

If you use the website's contact, quotation, contract manufacturing or export inquiry forms, the following categories of data may be processed:

• Customer / business relationship information: company name, inquiry type, message and project information you provide,

Our forms do not request special categories of personal data. Please do not include health, biometric, criminal conviction or other sensitive information that is not necessary for evaluating your request.

4. Legal Grounds and Collection Methods

Personal data may be collected automatically or partially automatically through website forms, email, telephone and other electronic communication channels used directly by the user.

Depending on the specific processing activity, data may be processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including processing that is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, or necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed. Where explicit consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately and freely.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, on a limited and proportionate basis, with hosting, email, IT and technical support providers where necessary to handle your request, and with authorised public authorities where legally required. If an infrastructure or service involves transfers abroad, such transfers are evaluated under the cross-border transfer provisions of the KVKK and applicable legislation.

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and with due regard to applicable statutory retention and limitation periods. When the processing purpose and legal retention requirement end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the Company's retention and disposal processes.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Where the applicable conditions are met, Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• request deletion or destruction where the statutory conditions are met,
• request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• object to a result arising against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
• request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. Data Security

The Company aims to implement technical and administrative measures appropriate to the nature of its activities in order to prevent unlawful processing of or access to personal data and to ensure secure storage.
